Nowadays, in terms of economic development, the economic development pattern transformation is urgent at hand; at the same time, in terms of Changes in values, people learn more about the democracy while the problems are too much materialism and money worship exist at the same time. The transformation of economic development and changes in social values require new enterprise ethics. How to development enterprise ethics has become a significant problem facing our country’s economy.
This paper try to conduct some research to enterprise ethics under challenges in the new period , at the same time, refer to some developed countries, especially Japan and learn from them in dealing with similar problems, in order to improve and make more contribution to the content of enterprise ethics in our country. Based on the Marxist dialectical materialism and historical materialism methodology for internal logic framework, using induction deduction, analysis and synthesis, history and logic unified method, combing through two dimensions of time and space, to summarize the relevant way to deal with similar and potential problems. At last, we hope to improve the enterprise ethics analysis patterns, critically study “the Japanese model” and provide better service to the transformation of economic development.

Nano Anti-fogging Film (PDF)
TiO2 ，which is also called Tai Bai, is one of the most important products in Ti’s sceries as well as one of the significant chemical and environmental material. TiO2 nano anti-fogging film is famous for its advantages such as short diameter , high specific surface area，strong magnetic property , photocatalytic, good absorption performance , absorb ultraviolet ability , surface activity , thermal conductivity property ,good dispersion , and the system is suspension stability.synthesis and research of TiO2 nano anti-fogging film has become one of the prime sites in the technological field all over the world.
This paper firstly synthesis the different TiO2 nano anti-fogging films successfully on glass by the way of diping coating process. Then we have the sample watched through microscrope, the basis of good quality TiO2 nano anti-fogging film were characterized by XRD structure and detailed study of the Unico Test of the samples. The results showed that: the successful preparation of TiO2 nano anti-fogging film of good quality, and show an anatase pattern with heat treatment of 550oC. Taken together, per 15mol of C2H5OH the best amount of HCl into 1mol; per 15mol of C2H5OH the best amount of Ti(OC4H9)4 into 1mol.
